About me..

Hi, I'm Hannah — Virtual Assistant, former BPO veteran, and firm believer that a well-organized inbox can absolutely change lives. Okay, maybe not lives, but definitely Mondays.

I spent over a decade in the BPO industry before making the leap into the VA world in 2023. Since then, I've been helping businesses and entrepreneurs stay on top of their game through social media management, CRM updates, content creation, email and calendar management, graphic design, and more. If it keeps your business running, chances are I've got it covered.

Before I was wrangling other people's workflows, I was out in the field as a volunteer Emergency Medical Responder with the Philippine Red Cross during the pandemic. So when people ask if I work well under pressure, the answer is yes, and I have stories.

When I'm off the clock, I'm either fostering and rescuing cats (current head count: four, and they run the house), or writing my own books. I'm currently knee-deep in storylines and loving every chaotic second of it.

I take the work seriously, but never myself. I show up with good energy, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine love for making messy workflows feel a lot less scary.
